Lotte Human Resources Development Institute, which opens the Lotte's next 50 years, is the institute for Lotte's growth through education and communication of employees. For design of the Institute, which symbolizes Lotte's spirit and contains the concept of creative and innovative education as a space for meeting and communication, a new form is introduced, but people and nature are harmonized naturally. The complex, consisting of one educational building and two accommodation buildings, are arranged according to the shape and height of the existing land, but the cognition, accessibility, and territoriality of each space are considered according to the characteristics of each building. Each building looks similar, but it highlights the characteristics of each building in the facade design. The three floors, from the second basement floor to the first floor, are open toward a courtyard, and Charlotte's light exists at the center of this space. We plan to separate the functionality of rest and education in the exterior and interior design, but to make it a more flexible and creative space by utilizing its usability.
