Misa Gangbyeon Skypolis is designed with a recognizable independent geometric composition revealing the landmark properties at the forefront of Yangyang Highway and Misa Road. As anchor places with the concept of "transcending the time and spatial order," the combination of circulation between four squares, four axes, and eight circular yards are introduced as fascinating points stimulating curiosities and creating uniquenesses, and the organization completes a sophisticated node structure with surrounding accesses and main streets. In the facade design, the three different levels are highlighted through separated textures with the open lower part, and the distinguishing geometric mass on the edge is embedded as an iconic object with heavy volume. The underground floors are planned to place commercial and industrial programs with the installation of a massive-scale sunken structure to facilitate ventilation and illumination, and the convenience of the logistics process is intensified by executing the Drive-In system. This project is expected to be a new attraction to the public as a symbolized complex with a new concept where all generations can be grouped inclusively and enjoy diverse programs together.
